The Capability Explorer Toolkit was originally designed as a simple set of key capabilities to use as a reference point, which solves this development gap for individuals and aid in peer performance feedback. As we’ve spent more time using the tools, they have evolved to provide more practical solutions around personal and professional development across the each profession.
